This cheese tortellini soup recipe is one of my husbands favorites. It will make your house smell amazing. It is very quick and delicious! Makes great leftovers too. Perfect for rainy cool days.
1 Tbsp of butter
1 Tbsp minced garlic
5 cans of chicken broth (14.5 oz)
1 can of stewed tomatoes Italian style
1 package of family size three cheese tortellini noodles (12 oz)
2 Handfuls of fresh spinach leaves
Shredded mozzarella cheese
In large pan add butter and minced garlic. Sautee' garlic until light brown. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Next add tortellini and can of stewed tomatoes boil for ten minutes. One minute before finished add spinach leaves and serve. Top with mozzarella cheese. Yum!! Easy peezie.
