My new favorite healthy treat is fruit yogurt parfait. Why did it take me so long to try this amazing treat? And would you believe I don’t like yogurt. Or so I thought. I seriously eat this everyday. Perfect for breakfast or a quick healthy snack. There’s nothing like fresh fruit mixed with granola and yogurt. Yum! These would make a perfect treats for your dinner party guest too. If you don’t care for one of the fruits I have listed, feel free to use whatever you like. I am telling you you’re going to love this!

- Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Vanilla Almond Granola (or any flavor)
- Sliced Strawberries
- Layer granola, yogurt, blueberries and sliced strawberries. Repeat layers. Enjoy!
