He has Risen

Today was Easter Sunday.  What a special day.  He has Risen.  Today my family attend Church at Meadow Heights.  We Love our Church!  We then did the Easter baskets.  This year I put movies, coloring activities and water guns in their baskets.  I try to put things that they can actually use.  And I put a few pieces of their favorite candy.

I came across this quote and it seriously  touched me.  A lot can happen in 3 days!  Wow!!  Easter is a reminder and celebration in what God did and does for us.  I am so grateful for His love and grace!

The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; He has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.  Matthew 28:5-6
