Easy Pumpkin Dump Cake Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Evenly sprinkle the dry spice cake mix over the pumpkin layer. Do not stir.

Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin purée
- 1 box spice cake mix, dry
- 1 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup of butter (this is 2 sticks of cold butter cut into small cubes)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix the pumpkin base: In a large bowl, whisk together 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin purée, 1 can (12 oz.) of evaporated milk, 3 large eggs, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 tsp. cinnamon until smooth. Pour into baking dish and smooth the top.
- Add the dry spice cake mix: Sprinkle evenly over the pumpkin layer mixure and don’t stir.
- Cut the cold butter into cubes and spread them evenly over the surface, spacing them so that most of the dry mix is covered.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the pumpkin layer is firm around the edges with a soft jiggle in the middle.
- Cool between 30 minutes to one hour to set before serving.
