Healthy Taco Bake

I love taking popular foods like and making them healthy. That is exactly what I did with this Healthy Taco Bake. I used turkey burger instead of hamburger. This is a healthier alternative to ground beef and I use it for my spaghetti and tacos too. I use greek yogurt in place of sour cream. Again, another healthier option. Today I am sharing a great healthy recipe I love. Pasta Puttanesca is a light pasta dish loaded with cherry tomatoes, black olives, spinach, arugula, and capers.
