Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Lean Hamburger or Turkey buger
  • 1/4 diced onions drained
  • 2 cup of wheat elbow noodles
  • 2 1/4 cups of milk
  • 1 3/4 cups of hot water
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes drained
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Cook lean hamburger and diced onions in large skillet over medium heat until meat is cooked through.
  • Drain and return to skillet.
  • Add uncooked noodles, milk, water, garlic powder, cornstarch, paprika, diced tomatoes (drained), salt and pepper.
  • Stir ingredients together.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 10-12 minutes or until noodles are cooked. Stir occasionally.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
  • Cook until cheese is melted.
  • Serve and enjoy!
