Easy Homemade Healthy Granola

This easy homemade healthy granola is a delicious combination of oats, nuts, seeds, cranberries, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Old Fashion Oats
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Pepitas
  • 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries (Craisins) Opitional
  • 1/8 cup Melted Coconut Oil Add two large spoonfuls and melt in microwave to make about 1/8 cup.
  • 1 tsp. Vanillia Extract
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degress.
  • Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchament paper.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.
  • Melt coconut oil in a large measuing cup. This will make it easy to pour over the dry ingedients.
  • Add the maple syrup and vaniilai extract to measuing cup with the melted coconut oil. Mix well.
  • Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture and mix well.
  • Pour granola mixture onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  • Let the granola cool and store in an airtight container at room tempeture for 1-2 weeks. Or freeze in a sealed freezer bag or stasher bag for up to 3 months.
