Chicken Ranch Wonton Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chicken cooked and shredded using a rotisserie chicken saves time
  • 1 package of Dry Ranch Dip Mix
  • 1 - 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 packages of Wonton Wrappers

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Shred chicken in a bowl.
  • Add dry ranch.
  • Add sour cream
  • Add cheese and mix all ingredients together.
  • Use a muffin tin and place two wonton wrappers inside. I used two wontons per muffin tin to hold more of the mixture. However, this is not necessary.
  • Bake wonton wrappers only in oven for 5 minutes then take out. This helps them become crisp.
  • Next fill wontons wrappers with chicken mixture.
  • Bake again for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Enjoy.
