Preheat oven to 350℉
Boil pasta to al dente in a pot and drain. Set aside.
Add a little oil to a large pan and saute garlic.
Add ground beef and Italian sausage to the pan. Breaking up into pieces. Cook until done.
Turn to low/medium heat, and add the spaghetti sauce of your choice to the pan with cooked meat.
Next, add cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Stir until combined well and the cheese is melted into the sauce.
Add the grated parmesan cheese to the sauce and cheese mixtures.
Use oil to coat the inside of a casserole dish A 9x13 or similar size pan.
Add the cooked noodles to the casserole dish.
Add cheese and meat sauce to the casserole dish with noodles. Mix well to coat the noodles.
Add the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese to the top of the casserole. Note: If you like more cheese feel free to add more.
Place in oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the top cheese has melted.
