Add ground chicken and brown 5-6 minutes or until chicken is alomost done. Season with sea salt and pepper.
Add white onion, garlic and giner and saute until fragrant.
Add coleslaw mix and green onions (water chesnuts if desired) once the chicken is browned. Cook for 5 minutes or until coleslaw is finished.
Divide into bowls and add sesame seeds and or Sriracha Mayo if you desire.
Notes
I did not add the Sriracha Mayo, Water Chestnuts, or Sesame Seeds to the nutritional information. These ingredients are optional. You will need to calculate them if you choose to add them.
