Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup of Kefir Strawberry Flavor
  • 1 large handful of Spinach
  • 1 leaf of Swiss Chard not stem
  • 1 tsp. Organic Acai Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Hemp Seed
  • 1/2 tsp. Flax Seed
  • A pinch of natural sweetener optional
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Enjoy
