My Easy Peezie healthy lunch. I wanted to share a delicious low calorie recipe with you. All you need is:
- Organic Spinach leaves
- Grilled Chicken Breast
- Shredded cheese
- Almond slices
I use my George Foremon grill to cook the chicken breast. I season it with lemon pepper. Add about half of the chicken breast to spinach leaves. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and top off with some baked Almond slices. YUM!! I do not use dressing but feel free to. This is a perfect lunch or dinner for on the go too. I eat this just about everyday for lunch. And the Almond slices are so good! To me it is like the cool whip on top of the pie. 🙂 It’s just not the same without it. So that’s it. Easy Peezie!

I love a good salad and this one is def of my favorites…I add craisins and honey mustard or poppy seed drsg! Yum!!
