Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

If you haven’t tried Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips you don’t know what you are missing. Seriously, this healthy addictive treat is perfect to serve at your next family gathering, picnic or BBQ.  You can even take it to a friends baby shower or wedding shower. Any reason to make this delicious dish will do. We love this treat in our home and I am sure you will too.  The best thing about it is you can decide what fruit works best for you.

Fruit Salsa with Homemade Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients
  

  • - FRUIT SALAD -
  • 2 peeled and diced Kiwi
  • 1 cup of Strawberries diced
  • 1 cup of Watermelon diced
  • 1 cup of Seedless Grapes
  • 1 cup of Blueberries
  • 1 - 2 large Red Apple diced keep the skin on
  • 1 cup of Cantaloupe diced
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 1/2 Tablespoons of White Sugar
  • - CINNAMON CHIPS -
  • Wheat Flour Tortillas
  • 1/4 cup of butter melted
  • Cinnamon and Sugar

Instructions
 

  • - CINNAMON CHIPS -
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Use a pizza cutter to slice Wheat Flour Tortillas into sizes you like.
  • Spread melted butter onto tortilla slices.
  • Add Cinnamon and Sugar to tortilla slices.
  • Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until the chips look done enough to your liking.
  • - FRUIT SALAD -
  • In a large bowl mix fruit with the sugar then add the juice from the lime. Refrigerate until ready to use or serve immediately with Cinnamon Chips. Enjoy!
