This is a guilt free pizza recipe that can be made in a total of 15 minutes. Made with whole wheat pita bread that is only 60 calories!! The topping choices are endless. I made this for lunch today. Easy, quick and healthy pizza.
- Whole Wheat Pita Bread
- Spinach Leaves
- Mushroom Slices
- Tomato Sauce (basil, garlic & oregano)
- Fresh Spinach Leaves
- Italian Seasoning
- Mozzarella Cheese
Spread tomato sauce on pita bread. Cover with spinach leaves, tomato and mushroom slices. Season with with Italian spice. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
