Spinach Tomato Pita Bread Pizza

This is a guilt free pizza recipe that can be made in a total of 15 minutes. Made with whole wheat pita bread that is only 60 calories!!   The topping choices are endless.  I made this for lunch today.  Easy, quick and healthy pizza.

Ingredients:

  • Whole Wheat Pita Bread
  • Tomato
  • Spinach Leaves
  • Mushroom Slices
  • Tomato Sauce (basil, garlic & oregano)
  • Fresh Spinach Leaves
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Mozzarella Cheese

 

Directions:

Spread tomato sauce on pita bread.  Cover with spinach leaves, tomato and  mushroom slices.  Season with with Italian spice.  Top with mozzarella cheese.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.  Enjoy!

    Uh oh… I almost couldn’t leave a comment because I had to do math. Haha! Just kidding. This recipe sounds awesome. So easy too! I’ll be putting the ingredients on my store list!
