I have to share my new favorite drink with you. It’s called a Sunset Mimosa. Friends, it is amazing! It probably no surprise if you follow me on Instagram and Facebook, that you already know I am a champagne lover!! Pop, Fizz, Clink. This is the perfect drink for brunch or a fun girls get together…or right now as I’m writing this blog post.
Sunset Mimosa
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Champagne of your choice
- 2 oz. Orange Juice
- Splash of Raspberry Syrup or Sugar-Free Syrup
Instructions
- Pour Champagne in glass.
- Next pour Orange Juice
- Top with a splash of Raspberry Syrup.
- Enjoy!!

I love these drinks but never saw the sugar rim…is it brown sugar?? Almost looks like gold…what is your secret?

Hi Tina, It’s actually Wilton Gold Sugar. You can find it at a Michaels or online. I’m pretty sure I just ordered mine. 🙂 Use Karo corn syrup to line the rim of the glass and then dip into the sugar and you are set.
