Cilantro Lime Yogurt Sauce

Jump to Recipe

Most dressing and sauces are loaded with sugar, preservatives, and calories we don’t want. That is why I make my own. This Cilantro Lime Yogurt sauce is not only delicious, it’s healthy. It’s gluten-free and low carb. You don’t even need a blender or a food processor to make this sauce. I did however just purchase a food processor and I am dying to try it out.

This sauce goes perfectly with my Black Bean Quinoa Burger. Add it to shrimp tacos, fish tacos, burgers or grilled chicken. It also serves as a great dip for vegetables. Trust me, this stuff is a must!
