Cranberry Mimosas

Cranberry Mimosas make the perfect winter drink. Every year I host Christmas brunch and this is my signature drink.

Cranberry Mimosas Christmas brunch.

Adding Details

I am all about the details. By just doing a few small things can really take your drink to a new level. Add white sugar to the rims of each glass for a frosted snow look. Trust me, you will be glad you did this. Next, you can add a couple of pieces of fresh fruit to the bottom of your flute glass. Things like cranberries, raspberries and or pomegranate. The fresh fruit just looks so pretty floating around in the glasses. This is optional of course. Lastly, garnish with sprigs of rosemary and cranberries. Doesn’t this drink look so festive?! Presentation is everything, after all.

How to Make Cranberry Mimosas:

  • Start by coating the rim of the flute glasses with white Karo syrup.
  • Then dip the rim of the glass into colored sugar to decorate the rim. I like using white and gold around this time of year.
  1. Add a couple of pieces of fresh fruit to the bottom of your flute glass. Try adding cranberries, raspberries and or pomegranate.
  2. Next, Pour Champagne into flute 2/3 full.
  3. Top off with cranberry juice.
  4. Use a toothpick and add fresh cranberries and sprigs of Rosemary.

Staying home is more important now than ever befor Staying home is more important now than ever before. Being sick or having a sick child looks a little different these days. The last place anyone wants to be is at a doctor's office sitting in a waiting room with other ill people. Now because of @ssm_health virtual visits, you can see a virtual doctor from the safety and comfort of your home by using your mobile device or computer. No insurance needed and the cost is only $25. It's so convenient. I have a full blog post sharing how I use it. See the direct link in my bio for more information.
